DevLog #3 - Neon Shadows is live now!


The team is excited to announce that Neon Shadows has been published!

After the Post-Production stage, the game has come to life. The following list reflects what the team has been working on:

  • Guards, Assassination Target, and Player 2 have their correspondent models.
  • Guards hold rifles
  • Only Player 2 has access to the Drone
  • Guards catch players faster
  • Shooting a light will alert nearby guards
  • Slow Mo doors fixed
  • Save System implemented after any of the puzzles at Hacking Stations
  • Falling Containers now alert Guards in a smaller radius
  • Yellow Paint has been added to the level
  • The level itself feels more constraint as players felt to "free" to walk around
  • Cooldown increased to Player 1's rifle
  • Distraction Dart and Drone have their cooldown shown at the backs of players
  • Level loads before players as they were falling through the ground
  • Hologram effect has been added to some elements in the level, as well as the Drone's camera
  • Minor fixes to the Guards sensing behaviours
  • Fixed bug where guards were getting bigger after dying
  • Fixed bug where guards were rolling on the floor forever after dying
  • Dialogues and subtitles added
  • Win and Lose screens added
  • Pause Menu added
